4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be disclosed to technical service providers (hosting, e-mail, cloud storage) acting as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Any transfers to non-EU countries comply with the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

  • Contact data: until the enquiry is fulfilled and for the following 24 months.
  • Application data (CV): up to 24 months from receipt, unless otherwise consented.

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to:

  • Obtain rectification (Art. 16) or erasure (Art. 17).
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18).
  • Object to processing (Art. 21).
